a. Ownership Transfer

b. Unpaid or Partially Paid Work
- UFD Vision retains full ownership of all work until full payment is received.
- Drafts, concepts, previews, and unpublished materials remain the property of UFD Vision.
3. Use of Client Materials
Clients confirm that any content, images, logos, videos, or materials provided to UFD Vision:
- Are owned by the client, or
- Are licensed for use, or
- Are in the public domain
UFD Vision is not responsible for copyright, trademark, or intellectual property violations arising from client-provided materials.
4. Portfolio & Promotional Use
UFD Vision reserves the right to:
- Display completed client work in our portfolio
- Use project samples for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes
If a client requires confidentiality or non-disclosure, this must be agreed upon in writing prior to project commencement.
5. Third-Party Tools & Licenses
Projects may include third-party themes, plugins, fonts, stock images, or software (e.g., WordPress, Wix, Shopify).
Such third-party assets remain subject to their respective licenses and terms. Clients are responsible for maintaining active licenses where required.
6. Restrictions
Clients may not:
- Claim authorship of work created by UFD Vision prior to full payment
- Resell or redistribute UFD Vision proprietary materials
- Remove credits or trademarks where applicable without permission
7. Termination of Rights
In the event of non-payment, breach of agreement, or dispute:
- All usage rights granted to the client may be revoked
- UFD Vision reserves the right to remove or disable access to deliverables
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Intellectual Property Policy at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting.
