1. Nature of Services
UFD Vision provides customized digital services, including but not limited to:
- Digital marketing services
- Website development (Wix, Shopify, WordPress)
- Graphic designing
- Video editing
All services are tailored to client requirements and involve time, planning, and resources.
2. No Online Payments
We do not accept payments through our website. All payments are handled offline through direct communication and agreed terms.
Refund eligibility is evaluated based on the stage of work completed.
3. Refund Policy
a. Service-Based Refunds
- No refunds will be issued for work that has already been completed or delivered.
- If a project is canceled before work has begun, a refund may be considered at our discretion.
- If a project is canceled after work has started, refunds (if any) will be prorated based on the work completed.
b. Digital & Creative Work
Due to the nature of digital services and creative work:
- Completed designs, videos, websites, or marketing setups are non-refundable.
- Revisions will be handled according to the agreed project scope.
4. Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation of services by contacting us in writing via email or WhatsApp.
Upon cancellation:
- All outstanding invoices become immediately due
- Access to unfinished work may be restricted
- Ownership of completed work is governed by our Intellectual Property Policy
5. Delays & Client Responsibility
UFD Vision is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Late content or feedback from the client
- Third-party platform issues
- Hosting, domain, or software-related delays
Such delays do not qualify for refunds.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
Clients agree to contact UFD Vision directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating chargebacks or disputes through banks or payment providers.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service termination.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
