This Service & Client Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions under which UFD Vision provides services to its clients. This Agreement applies to all services offered by UFD Vision unless otherwise agreed in writing.
By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.

2. Scope of Services
UFD Vision provides digital services including, but not limited to:
- Digital marketing services
- Website development (Wix, Shopify, WordPress)
- Graphic designing
- Video editing
The scope, timeline, pricing, and deliverables for each project will be agreed upon separately via email, proposal, or written communication.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete project requirements
- Supply content, materials, and feedback in a timely manner
- Ensure they have legal rights to all materials provided
- Respond promptly to communications to avoid delays
Delays caused by the client may affect timelines and delivery dates.
4. Payments
- UFD Vision does not accept payments through its website.
- Payment terms, methods, and schedules are agreed upon individually.
- Work may begin only after receipt of agreed advance payment, if applicable.
Failure to make timely payments may result in project suspension or termination.
5. Revisions & Approvals
- Revisions are limited to what is outlined in the agreed project scope.
- Additional revisions or changes outside the scope may incur extra charges.
- Client approval of deliverables confirms acceptance of the work.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
- Ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client only after full payment is received.
- UFD Vision retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the course of the project, unless disclosure is required by law.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice.
Upon termination:
- The client must pay for all work completed up to the termination date
- UFD Vision reserves the right to withhold unfinished deliverables
- Refunds, if any, are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UFD Vision shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
11. Amendments
UFD Vision reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Updated versions will be effective upon posting or written notice.
